Valerie Bacerott was great. We wanted an awning to protect our pool equipment from the sun. She provided us a perfect solution for our awning needs. We received a superior product at a reasonable price. She was in touch with us through the entire process. Great customer service!+0Posted on Google
Kevina Bland104 days agoLove love my shades!! Valerie was extremely patient and helpful. I had a lot of questions and she verified answers instead of making assumptions. I shopped around and was impressed with the technology and her cost was competitive. The installers were fantastic - efficient, tidy, and self-sufficient. They accessed the balcony from outside the home and got busy. Would use again and recommend!!!+3Posted on Google
Jital Kamdar123 days agoI got several quotes for roller shades, drapery and Roman shades before making my decision, and Valerie stood out by far. Not only was her price the best but her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional. She took the time to explain all of my options without any pressure and made the entire process easy from start to finish. She really cares and gave great tips to make the best use of my space in interior design. The installation turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for high-quality window treatments at a fair price with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Valerie!+0Posted on Google

Sherry Hlanak232 days agoThe blinds look great! We thought it would take 3 weeks for installation, but it only took a week or so! The cost was so reasonable as well! Valerie was great to work with. I will definitely refer Made in the Shade to friends and family!Posted on Google
